Sew and make a wall organiser

We show children how to safely use a sewing machine and make a useful and personalised wall organiser! In this lovely session, we show children how to thread and use their machine safely.

They will have lots of fabrics to choose from, plus patches and buttons to personalise and decorate their wall organiser. They will learn how to cut from a pattern, make hems and seams and create a wonderful and useful storage hanger for their bedroom! ​

Session led by a a qualified teacher. Thread and Press CIC are ERMOS registered. Please note, this is a 'drop and leave' session. However, if you feel that your child would benefit if you stayed for some or all of the session, that's fine with us.

​

Please bring your own snack/lunch/drinks (no nuts please). Booking essential. Please note, children must be aged 8 years + to use sewing machines in our workshops.
