We were thrilled to run our Creative HAPPY Minds project to service rural communities in Mid and South Holderness wards funded by the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. The project ran from January - April 2023 and provided a series of creative workshops for rural area residents of Mid and South Holderness to particpate in creative activities that provided the opportunity to:

• Experience creativity as a way to promote positive mental health

• Provide opportunity for social connection within their community

• Provide communities with the opportunity to reflect on how creativity can become a regular pastime, hobby or activity for independent pursual

• Provide resources, equipment and opportunity to areas that are classed as mainly rural isolated or significant distance from the nearest town
