A fabulous dressmaking opportunity for children. We show children aged 10-16 years how to make their own clothes! ​

In this exciting workshop, children can choose their fabric and trimmings and cut their fabric from a pattern made for their size. They will learn how to use a sewing machine safely and to makes hems, seams and add pom-pom trim to construct their garment. All materials and equipment provided (we will email you after booking and prior to the course start date to provide fabrics to choose from). No experience required.

Session led by a a qualified teacher. Thread and Press CIC are ERMOS registered. Please note, this is a 'drop and leave' session. However, if you feel that your child would benefit if you stayed for some or all of the session, that's fine with us.

Please bring your own snack/lunch/drinks (no nuts please). Booking essential. Please note, children must be aged 10 years + to use sewing machines in this workshop.
